Here are some of the ways we work for you and your client:
A painstakingly developed system ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of a report that will withstand all the pressures of litigation.
A carefully selected expert analyses the past, present and future needs of the injured person. The process begins when a lawyer, or an injured party, asks us to prepare a report. Here’s how to Get the Best out of our expertise.
Whenever possible, we visit the claimant at home, familiarising ourselves with every aspect of their disability. As a consultancy with International scope, we cross ethnic, cultural and logistical boundaries.
When necessary, we visit the claimant in hospital - and discuss their situation with family, friends and health professionals.
If necessary, the resulting Report will be defended under cross-examination. As trained Expert Witnesses, our Consultants are accustomed to attending Meetings of Experts, Case Conferences and Court.
We do our utmost to ensure that our reports are delivered within the quoted time and cost.
