An assessment of the capital, running and replacement costs of specialist equipment needed by the injured person.
An evaluation of the extra transport costs incurred.
An analysis of the extra costs caused by the injury - for example, heating, garden maintenance, household decoration.
A description of modifications needed to the claimant/pursuer's home - or a detailed breakdown of the reasons for re-housing. (Though we are not qualified to assess the cost of major building work, we can supply a list of architects who specialise in domestic modifications for people who have suffered disability.)
An assessment of the claimant's ability to return to work.
An assessment of any workplace modifications needed to facilitate this.
