UK disability & rehabilitation consultants supporting personal injury & clinical negligence claims
Why are we Britain’s No 1 Rehab Cost Consultancy?
Since 1985, we have reported on the needs of over 12,000 claimants.
Though most of our cases are in the UK and Ireland, we are truly International in scope.
So we’re definitely the biggest.
More importantly, we always try very hard to be the best.
We start by engaging the very best Consultants
They assess and report on the true costs of disability, following an accident, or clinical negligence – acting as Expert Witnesses, or attending Meetings of Experts, when necessary.
All are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
In order that they have credibility in Court, they are likely to have a minimum of at least 6 years post-graduate experience in one or more of the following:
- Head Injuries.
- Mental Health problems.
- Spinal.
- Paediatric.
- Hand.
- General Orthopaedics.
- Oncology.
- Visual Impairment.
- Amputees.
- Palliative Care.
- Mobility issues.
They are exceptional people. In time-controlled verbal and abstract reasoning tests, they must emerge in the 30th percentile of the post-graduate population.
The filtering process also includes:
- Exhaustive Application and CV credentials.
- A Written Assessment Exercise, based on a representative case.
- An interview that, among other things, tests their ability to withstand cross-examination.
- A personality test.
- 3 Referees.
Only the most able and motivated candidates are interviewed. Only exceptional individuals are accepted. We only engage those able to produce the high standard reports for which Jacqueline Webb & Co is famed:
- All our Consultants undergo an extensive product familiarization process.
- All of them benefit from regular Quality Assurance Seminars and Peer Reviews.
- All of them are supported by exceptional administrative resources
